I'm getting "Upload failed" error

❓ Issue/Question

  • Now I have the upload button, but the file is failing
  • I get an error at each upload?
  • I am having trouble uploading files. If I try to upload, I get the error “failed to upload”.
  • I'm having a problem with uploading files, it is just failing to upload even though it started fine and has uploaded 400 or so with no issues.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Confirm the user has the Upload > Can upload permission enabled on their account type
  • Use incognito mode and try again
  • If incognito mode resolves the issue, clear the cache and the browser cookies to use the regular browser settings
