❓ Issue/Question
- I am an account admin, and I can't create a collection or upload any pictures into folders.
- I am getting an “Upload failed” error when uploading media to a collection
- I have a colleague who can't upload photos and just gets an error. With my account that has the same upload permissions, I can upload without any problem.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Try accessing the platform using the incognito mode of your browser
- If that resolves it, the issue is related to the cache of your browser
- Please clear your browser cache to use the admin features correctly in normal browsing mode
