In order for you to edit tag access on users of the platform, the Users > Can edit users permission should be enabled on your account.
If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

- When I try to add tags using the “Upload” feature, it doesn't show me the tags.
- What tags can I use when uploading media?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- The tags a user can apply when uploading media are based on the assets they have access to. A user can use any tag that appears on at least one asset they are allowed to view

This means that a user's available upload tags are not limited to the tags explicitly assigned through Tag Access. Instead, the system looks at all accessible assets and makes available any tags found on those assets
- For example → A user has access to the tag ‘Goalkeeper’

The user can view an asset with the following tags: Goalkeeper and Football
Because the user has access to that asset, both Goalkeeper and Football become available when uploading media
