How to download on ScorePlay?

In order for you to download media from the platform, the Media library > Can download permission should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Click on the file to open it
  • Hit the Download button and select your preferred quality option from the menu

 

  • To select multiple files, click on the top-right corner of the files to select multiple files at once.
  • Click Download on the right side.

 

  • Click the Select page to quickly select all media visible on the current page

 

  • When viewing a collection, click Select page, then choose Select all media to select every file in that collection

 

  • To instantly download the entire collection, click the … (3 dots) at the top right corner.
  • Select Download All

 

  • Click the Bell icon in the top navigation to open your notification center and access your completed downloads
