❓ Issue/Question
- When opening the FTP Live section I can see the media displayed but when I open them, it seems they are deleted, I see "This media is no longer available. It may have been recently deleted and will disappear from your library shortly."
👌 Resolution/Answer
- This is due to your account permissions. While you have access to the FTP section, your account does not have permission to access the media. Please reach out to your platform administrator to have the necessary permissions updated if you believe you should have access.
