In order for you to edit tag permissions, the Users > Can view page, Can view users and Can edit users permissions should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- When trying to "Publish to library," the “Select a collection (Required)” dropdown shows “No options” even though collections exist in the platform.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Configure>Users, find the affected user, and openEdit user.
- Check the
Tag accesssection to see which tag(s) the user is restricted to.
- Go to the target collection and make sure it has that same tag applied to it.
- Log out and log back in (using Chrome, if possible) to make sure the change is reflected.
- Try to publish the media from Live/FTP and check if the destination collection appears as a selectable option in the
Select a collectiondropdown
🥚 Cause
- Tag access restrictions limit users to collections containing at least one of their restricted tags. Collections without matching tags won't appear in the "Select a collection" dropdown.
