How to find the media added to a fan contest?

❓ Issue/Question

  • I can't see the media added to a fan contest.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Access the Fan Contest at Distribution > Fans > Contests and click the specific contest
  • You should be redirected to a view where the media is divided into Validated Media and Awaiting validation

  • Open a validated media and click on the collection displayed on the media.
  • When a Fan Contest is created, a collection with the same name is automatically created.
