In order for you to add tags to your media in bulk, the External groups > Can edit & Can view page permissions should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question
- Some of the users cannot see some of the media in the external group
- User cannot see any media in the external group
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to the external group and open the
Userstab. - Click
Editon the affected user.
- Check the Tag Access section, if the user has specific tags set here, they are overriding the group rules.
- Either remove the individual tag access entirely so the user inherits the group rules, or add the missing tags to match what the group already has access to.
🔖 Notes
- If all the correct media appears in the Media tab of the external group, the group rules are fine, and the problem is always at the individual user level.
