In order for you to delete an external group, the External Groups > Can delete permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Configure>Distribution - Select
External Groups - Locate the External Group you would like to duplicate
- Click on the
…(3 dots) option and selectDelete
- Confirm deletion
🔖 Notes
- When an external group is deleted, all users in this group will also be deleted from the platform and lose their access.
- Deleting an external group from the platform will also remove the associated external group's tag on the media it was previously tagged on. It would also remove the external group from any filters/ taxonomy options.
