User cannot login to the portal

💻 Environment/Context

• Portal
• User
• Login via direct link to the portal (and typing the credentials) 

❓ Issue/Question

• One of our users is experiencing connection problems. It shows her the following message:Access invalid

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Suggest the user to first login to the main platform (and not directly to the portal)
• If they have troubles, they should reset the password
  • How to reset/change my account password? 
• After logging in, they should open the available portals via the home page

🥚 Cause (optional)

• There are 2 ways of accessing portal as a external user:
  • going to https://platofrm.scoreplay.io/portal/XXX and entering the credentials
    • It doesn't allow for the password reset
  • logging to https://platofrm.scoreplay.io/ + opening the portal visible on the home page
    • It does allow for the password reset
