- I was trying to remove a tag from a player profile, but when I try to, it appears with that error message
👌 Resolution/Answer
- The tag needs to be recovered. The user should specify the name of the deleted tag so it can be retrieved be the ScorePlay team.
🥚 Cause
- Empty tags are often a result of a tag recently removed from the platform. The empty tags remain (it's a technical issue) and the original tag needs to be restored by the ScorePlay technical team.
