❓ Issue/Question
- I was trying to add a tag to the portal, but when I click save, it appears with that error message
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Open the settings of the portal by going to
Distribution> External Distribution> View - Check for empty tags being included in the settings
- Ask the user to delete the ghost tag and try again
🥚 Cause
- The ghost tag is an entity (ext group, player, etc) that was deleted from the platform.
- Now, if the user tries to update the portal without removing the "ghost" tag the backend returns an error because the tag does not exist anymore
