👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Make sure you're using the Chrome browser.
  • Check if you have Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files setting enabled on your browser. To do it:
    1. Click the three dots in the top-right corner of Chrome.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Click Privacy and security on the left menu.
    4. Click Site settings.
    5. Scroll down to the Permissions section and click Additional permissions.
    6. Click Automatic downloads.
    7. Select Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files
  • Other workarounds:
    • Create an account for the user on the platform so they can access specific media and easily download them,
