In order for you to create external links, the Media library > Can Share permission should be enabled on your account.

- My colleague is experiencing an issue when attempting to create share links for one or more collections. The option to generate share links is not available to her, despite sharing being enabled for her account.

- Try accessing the platform using the incognito mode of the browser,
