- I'm still experiencing an issue downloading photos from the photo platform. Whenever I request a download, I receive an email confirming that the download is ready. However, the email doesn't include any link or button that allows me to access or download the files.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Open the download email directly in Gmail (or another webmail client) instead of Outlook desktop. This should show the button correctly.
🥚 Cause
- Outlook desktop uses a more limited HTML rendering engine than webmail clients, so the CSS-styled download button can fail to render even though the email was delivered correctly.

- This has been submitted as a feature improvement request, so the product team can look into a more resilient fix for this Outlook limitation.
