👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Navigate to Distribution > External Distribution > Portal
  • Locate the affected portal and click View to open the portal settings
  • Under Display toggle Hide Checkout Form
    • The form will only be disabled for users who are logged in to the web platform. For users without an account, completing the form is mandatory.

 

🥚 Cause 

  • Each portal requires the user’s email address to deliver the download link via email. If the user is not logged in or does not have an account, completing the form is required to receive the selected media.
