Portal is not showing Sub-collections

I do not understand why the collections are not visible
Why don’t I see the collections folder marked with the “Media Portal” tag when I click “View More”?

This is expected behavior when the user is not logged in, as public access does not allow navigation within subcollections.
If this issue is occurring while the user is logged into the account:
- Review the Portal configuration by following the next path:
  - Go to Configure > Distribution > External Distribution
  - Find the portal and click View
  - Under the Media visible settings, confirm if it includes the reported collection or parent collection, and that the tag configuration doesn't exclude the reported collection.
- Review that the collection contains Sub-collections via the collection management.
