👌 Resolution/Answer
- A Fan Contest is a customizable upload link that allows you to collect media content (photos and/or videos) from your fans or any external audience. Once created, you share the link with them, and they can submit their content through a simple landing page, without needing a ScorePlay account.
- To create a Fan Contest:
- Go to
Distribution>Content request - Click on the
Newbutton and select the option:Fan-generated-contentfrom the dropdown menu.
- Go to
- A configuration window will open. Here, you can create and adjust your link to share.
- You will have multiple options to configure, like: Name, Description, Expiration, Call to action, Custom background, Settings, Custom fields (Fan data).
- Once you are done, simply click on the Update button to finish and create the Fan Contest.
- The link will appear in the Content requests page, and you can click on the
Copy linkbutton and start sharing the link. - The fan contest page will look something like this.
