How to create Content Requests?

In order for you to view and create Content Requests links, the Content Requests > Can view page and Can create permissions should be enabled on your account.

How do I create Content Requests?

👌 Resolution/Answer

To create a content request link, go to Distribution > Content Requests > New option

Select your collection method from the dropdown. There are five request types available:
- Live upload link: An upload link for direct live uploads. All content uploaded goes directly into Live mode.
- Generic upload link: An upload link for general media uploads. All content uploaded goes directly into the media library.
- Custom upload link: An upload link targeting a specific collection. Choose which collection you want the content to go into.
- App request: A push request sent to athletes and staff via the ScorePlay mobile app. All content uploaded goes straight into your media library's validation space.
  - Note: App request links are not supported in the current ScorePlay mobile app version.
- Fan-generated content: A customizable request form for fans, including data-collection fields and content examples. All content uploaded goes directly into the media library.
Once you have selected your collection method, fill in the required information and enable the available toggles as needed
Click Create

All requests are managed from the Content Requests section. If your account has the required permissions, you can:
- Get link — copy the upload link to share
- View — preview content submitted via the link
- Edit — update the request settings
- Edit Tags — update tags applied to incoming content
- Deactivate — temporarily disable the link without deleting it
- Delete — permanently remove the request
Deactivating a link prevents new submissions without losing the request configuration
