❓ Issue/Question

• I am creating players in the Youth A team and suddenly it doesn't let me create more players; an unexpected error appears and it doesn't create them

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Clear your browser cache and restart your browser
• Try again in an incognito tab, and then in a different browser
• If the error persists, check the headshot you are trying to upload against the headshot criteria
  • Criteria for uploading player headshots 
• Check the headshot's exact file size. Your operating system rounds the size it displays, so check the size in bytes — the limit is 2,000,000 bytes
• If the file is over the limit, lower the image quality or resize it, then upload it again
• Create the player with the resized headshot

🥚 Cause

• The maximum file size for a player headshot is 2 MB
