In order for you to manage the spotlight tags, the Taxonomy > Can view page and Can edit tags permissions should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Spotlight tags are the tags you choose to surface directly on the media card, so key information is visible without opening the asset. Spotlight status is set on the tag group the tag belongs to, and then displayed per user.
