In order for you to delete a tag group, the Taxonomy > Can delete tags permission should be enabled on your account.

- When I want to delete a Tag group, I keep having the same Error message: Something went wrong Please try again. If the issue persists, contact our support team via chat for assistance. user permission 'category' cannot be deleted.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- ScorePlay ships with a set of default tag groups — for example Category and Format — and these are part of the platform's standard taxonomy. They cannot be deleted, by any account type. The error is what that restriction looks like today.
