The "Forgot password" button doesn't appear

❓ Issue/Question

  • User does not see a "Forgot Password" or password reset option on the login page.
  • I don't see a "Forgot Password" option on my login page.
  • Where can I find the "Forgot Password" button?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Open the login page in an Incognito/Private Browsing window.
  • If the Forgot Password button appears in the Incognito window, clear their browser's cookies and cache. Once cleared, the button should display normally.
  • If the button still does not appear, try accessing the page using this link https://yourplatformdomain.scoreplay.io/forgot

  • In some cases, browser cookies or cached website data can interfere with the proper loading of the login page.
