In order for you to view and upload assets to your Media Kit, the Media Kit > Can view page and Can upload permissions should be enabled on your account.

- What is the Media Kit feature in ScorePlay, and what can it be used for?
👌 Resolution/Answer
The Media Kit is a dedicated space in ScorePlay where you can store and manage your organisation's brand assets such as logos, team photos, brand guidelines, colours, and player headshots, all in one place.
It is organized into two tabs:

Media Kit
- This tab holds your core brand assets. Use the
Addbutton to upload and manage each category:- Logos - Your organization's logo files
- Team photos - Official team and group photography
- Brand guidelines - Documents or files outlining your brand standards
- Colors - Brand colours, added using hex colour codes (e.g. #000000 for black)

Headshots
- This tab gives you quick access to every player and staff headshot stored on the platform. Use the search bar to find headshots by name, then select and download them directly.
🔖 Notes
- The Media Kit is intended for brand and press use. It keeps official assets separate from the main media library
- Color codes must be entered in hex format (e.g.
#FFFFFFfor white,#000000for black) - Headshots shown in the Headshots tab are pulled from the platform's player roster data
- Can I add multiple files to the Brand Guidelines section?
