User cannot see "see empty collections" toggle

❓ Issue/Question

• I've created a new sub-collection, but when I go up a level I can't see that new subcollection any more, and there isn't an option to see empty subcollections

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Try switching to Google Chrome browser

• The ScorePlay platform isn't optimized for Microsoft Edge and switching to Chrome should resolve this issue
