Page 11 in the collection isn't loading

❓ Issue/Question

• As soon as I try to access page 11 of a collection, the page no longer loads.
• Once I get to page 11 out of 34 it stops loading and I get an error message

👌 Resolution/Answer

• The 10,000-asset pagination limit is a platform-level constraint related to our search infrastructure. This limit helps ensure fast and reliable search performance across your entire library.

• To work with assets beyond this threshold, we currently recommend the following workarounds:
  • Use Card View and browse assets via infinite scrolling.
    • What is the default media library view for new users?  
  • Apply filters (such as date range, tags, media type, or file name) to narrow down your results and stay within the 10,000-asset limit. 
    • How can I view my collections in ScorePlay? 
  • Organize assets into collections where appropriate to reduce the scope of searches.
