❓ Issue/Question
- Our collection is showing up for me but nobody else. Is there a reason why or how can I fix this?
- User is not able to see a collection that other users can see.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Make sure the “Show empty collection” toggle is enabled
🔖 Notes
- If the system detect the collection but there are media inside, moving the assets within the same collection will resolve the issue.
- I’m unable to find the collection I’m looking for
