- I have a problem with the scoreplay thumbnails. I am trying to change the collection thumbnail by importing, but I can't manage to do it. No error message.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Try to perform the same action using the incognito mode of your browser.
- If the issue persists, rename the image to a unique filename before uploading it again.
🥚 Cause
- The issue is most likely caused by your browser's cache, which is preventing the action from being processed correctly.
- ScorePlay may recognize previously uploaded files by their filename. Uploading a different image with the same filename can prevent the new thumbnail from being applied correctly.
