- I need to locate the collection routing ID.
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to the collection you want to check.
- Click on the
…menu located in the top right corner of the collection page. - Select
Editfrom the dropdown menu. - Click on
Advanced settingsto view additional options. - The routing ID should be displayed in the Raw name field.
- If the Raw name is not present but there is the external ID below, extract the keyword:
- Collection External ID:
optaomo_RL_231201047 - Keyword for photographers:
opta_231201047
- Collection External ID:
- To ensure the media is sent to the correct collection, the keyword must follow one of these formats:
- opta_{RawName} (if you see the external ID has optaomo prefix)
- sp_{RawName}
