"Download all" media is not working in a collection

💻 Environment/Context

  • Full collection download
  • Download all failure
  • Media
  • Bulk selection
  • Download all button selected when downloading collection

 

In order for you to download a media, the Media library > Can download permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I would like to download my entire album with 1900 photos but I get an error message.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Confirm the client is clicking … > Download All inside a collection view 

  • If they are seeing and error, suggest to download via:
    • Selecting the media in bulk
    • Click Download

 

 

🔖 Notes 

  • Bulk download is currently limited to 1800 media and also often fails for large-size medias like videos.
