"Download all" media is not working in a collection

In order for you to download a media, the Media library > Can download permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I would like to download my entire album with 1900 photos but I get an error message.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • If Download All is giving an error, proceed with the download by:
    • Selecting the media in bulk
    • Click Download

 

 

🔖 Notes 

  • Bulk download is currently limited to 1800 media. Select batches of 1800 media or less and click download
