How to create collections via CSV file?

In order for you to create a new collection on the platform via CSV Import, the Collection management > Can create collection permission should be enabled on your account. 

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Download the CSV Model file
  • Fill it out following the example provided in the template.
  • Go to Configure > Collection Management 

 

  • Click on Import from CSV button.
  • Click Select a CSV.
  • Upload the completed CSV file.
  • Click on Import.
