"Publish" option is not visible in a project

In order for you to publish/move files from a project to a collection, the Projects > Can Publish permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I am no longer able to publish project asset to a collection
  • Where is the publish icon?
  • The publish icon is not visible when selecting media and attempting to publish it to a collection

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Open the project
  • Click … > Edit

  • Change the bottom dropdown from Invite-only to Public
  • Click Update
  • Refresh the page
  • Select all the media you want to publish
  • Publish icon should be visible on the right
