New uploads don't appear in a project

In projects I am uploading images and over the last few weeks most of the time they image don't appear in the project I have sent them too. I have uploaded the same set of images three times with nothing showing in the project.

In most cases the media did upload successfully and the browser is serving a cached version of the project view. Check in this order:
- Hard refresh the project page — Cmd + Shift + R (Mac) or Ctrl + F5 (Windows). This reloads the page bypassing the cache and is usually enough for the new uploads to appear.
- Open the project in a private/incognito window. If the new media is there, the upload worked and the standard session was showing cached content.
- Clear the cache for the ScorePlay site only if it recurs. In Chrome or Edge, click the icon to the left of the address bar → Site settings → Delete data. There is no need to clear the whole browser history or all cookies. Note this signs the user out of ScorePlay.

The browser caches the project's media view. After an upload, a cached response can still be served, so the project appears unchanged even though the media was stored correctly.
