- If video clips generated by a Sportz Interactive are missing from a collection, it will have to be escalated internally by a human Support agent.
🥚 Cause
- Some of ScorePlay's clients are with an agreement with our partner at Sportz Interactive. They are responsible for generating automated video clips in a near-real-time fashion (for ongoing streams).
