How can I add comments to specific moments in a clip?

In order for you to add comments to media and/or view comments added on media, the Media library > Can comment on media permission should be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer

Open the media
Click Comment in the right-side panel
Below the Add a comment text box, click Add Timecode (clock icon)
Use the In and Out cursors to select the specific time range where you want to add the comment
