I don't see a MASV download link when downloading a cart

❓ Issue/Question

  • I clipped 5 items which I requested to download and I do not receive the option to download via MASV
  • User added files to a cart, and when trying to download it doesn't allow him to use MASV accelerated download.

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Confirm with a user if they are trying to download via cart or by selecting medias individually.
  • If it's via the cart, it is expected behavior.
  • Workaround:

 

🥚 Cause

  • Downloading carts via MASV is not supported at the moment.
