How to get the API key?

In order for you to access the API key, the Settings > Can view api key permission should be enabled on your account.

If you don't see it, reach out to your admin or refer to the Account Type Permissions Overview article for more information.

 

 

 

❓ Issue/Question

  • I’d like to request API credentials for testing purposes only.
  • How do I find my API key?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • If you have the user permission to access the API key:
    • Go to your profile settings on top left
    • Click on Settings

  • Check the API Key
  • Click on New API Key

  • Input the name of the integration that the key will be used for.
  • Click Copy 
    • Please note that accessing the full key won't be possible after this point

  • Click I've saved my key
