- Can you please activate to the admins of the platform some logs of the users such as when the user has been created, by who, etc?
- As an admin, how do I find out when a user account was created and which account created it? Is there an audit trail or activity log for user management?
👌 Resolution/Answer
- There is no audit trail or user activity log in the platform today, so this information is not visible.
- If you're an admin, please contact Support with the email address of the user (or users) you want to check. We can look the account up and share what is available, such as the creation date and the account that created it.
