Sponsor and player share the same name and are tagged incorrectly

❓ Issue/Question

• A sponsor has the same name as identified individuals.
• A sponsor has the same name as some of our players, and those players are being tagged on media where they don't actually appear.

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to Distribution > External Groups 
• Find the sponsor and click View to open its settings
• Check the name to recognize 
  • If it has a multi-part name, edit it and keep only the word unique to the sponsor, and remove the word shared with the player's name.
  • If it doesn't have a multi-part name, or it cannot be edited to one word, disable the Run text recognition AI on upload for the player in the player profile.

🥚 Cause

• If the player and sponsor share the same name to recognize, the AI will tag the player when it recognizes the text in media, even if it comes from the sponsor logo.

🔖 Notes 

• Disabling Run text recognition AI on upload for players will affect the amount of media they are tagged in, as the AI will rely solely on facial recognition. Any media where the player cannot be identified by facial recognition will need to be tagged manually.
• Sponsor is not being tagged in recent uploads
