❓ Issue/Question

• A player who appears in recently uploaded media isn't tagged, and he is wearing sunglasses in the media
• Can we re-run AI here? The player is not found
• What's the recommended approach to help AI recognize athletes that often wear glasses on the uploaded pictures?
• Would uploading player profile pictures with both glasses and without them help?

• Tag the player manually
  • Open the media where the player isn't tagged and check whether they are wearing sunglasses
  • Select all the media where the player appears
  • Apply the player tag to all of them at once
    • How to add tags to media in bulk? 
• Improve tagging for athletes who often wear sunglasses
  • Keep a single headshot without glasses on the player profile — uploading images with both glasses and without them is not recommended, as the AI cannot determine which face to prioritize
  • If you upload substantial volumes of media featuring athletes in sunglasses, use IPTC metadata parsing as the primary player tagging method
    • Reach out to your Customer Success Manager for the implementation details
