I cannot see media where others mentioned me in the comments

In order for you to see the notifications, the Notifications > Can view page and  Notifications > Can download permission should be enabled on your account.

❓ Issue/Question

  • User is not able to check the comments where he has been tagged.
  • Someone tagged me / mentioned me in the comments in a media and I cannot find it

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • Simply go to the notifications option at the top and click the Download button on the media where you were mentioned
  • Note that this won't actually download the media, instead, it will take you directly to the comments section since this is a notification about a comment.
