How to create Post Suggestions?

In order for you to view and create Post Suggestions, the Post Suggestions > Can view page and Can create caption permissions should be enabled on your account.

How do I create Post Suggestions?

👌 Resolution/Answer

To create a post suggestion, go to Distribution > Post Suggestions > New option

In the New post suggestion window, you will need to:
- Select one or more files from the Media Library
- Add a suggested caption for the post
- Choose the target athlete(s) from the dropdown
Click Send
Recipients see incoming post suggestions in the ScorePlay app, where they can review the media and the suggested caption and share directly to their social media channels.

🔖 Notes

There is a known issue whereby Post Suggestions are not triggered/not seen by recipients in the ScorePlay mobile app. This is currently being investigated.
