How to turn on App access for all players at once?

❓ Issue/Question

• Is there a fast way to turn all the app access on?
• Several players have App access set to No on their profile and can't log in to the mobile app until it's switched to Yes

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Turn on app access for the whole team from the team settings
  • Go to Teams & players, open the team and click the Settings tab
  • Switch Enable app access for all players to Yes and click Update
  • Repeat for each team whose players need the mobile app

• If you need it on every team of the platform, reach out to the ScorePlay support team via the Live Chat and let us know whether it's all players or only specific teams

🔖 Notes

• App access is set to No by default when you add a new player, so switch it on from the player's profile when you grab their QR code or access code
• To make sure every player has app access, including players added after the toggle was switched on, set Enable app access for all players to No, click Update, then set it back to Yes and click Update again
• Player can't log in to the mobile app with their QR code or invite code
