In order for you to view and generate QR codes for mobile app login, the Mobile app > Can view page and Mobile app > Can generate team and player QR codes permissions must be enabled on your account.

👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Distribution>Mobile App>Teams - Select the relevant team
- Download the QR code and share it with your team
The app code of the selected team also shows on this screen
When a player enters this app code or scans the team QR code in the mobile app, they pick their profile from the list

- If you generate a team QR code and don't see any players after scanning it, make sure you selected the correct team season. You may have selected a season that doesn't have players added yet, for example, last season instead of the current one
