I can't scan the QR code to log in to the mobile app

I can't scan the QR code to access my account in the ScorePlay mobile app
I don't have a second device to scan the QR code, so I can't log in to the mobile app
My phone's camera isn't working, so I can't scan the QR code

Scan the QR code from the ScorePlay app
- Open the ScorePlay mobile app and scan the QR code from there, not from your phone's default camera app
- Check that the ScorePlay app has access to your camera in your phone settings
- Turn on light mode on your phone
Upload a photo of the QR code
- Take a photo of the QR code with your phone's default camera app
- If your camera isn't working, save the QR code image to your phone's photo library instead
- In the ScorePlay app, tap Upload QR code from library and select the photo

Workaround - Log in with the invite code
- In the ScorePlay app, tap Use invite code
- Enter your invite code
