In order for you to edit a sponsor's logo, the Distribution > External Distribution > Can edit permission must be enabled on your account

- I am looking to upload a sponsor's logo so that it is recognized by the AI
- I've been sent the logos of the partners in the X competition, can you guide me on how I verify that we have them in the system, or how I update existing ones
- How can we set it up that the X logo is X sponsor
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Distribution>External Groups - Search for the sponsor and click
View - Click the logo or the logo field
- Upload the new logo in the editing overlay
- Click
Update
🔖 Notes
- A new sponsor is only tagged in media uploaded after it was created. Existing media isn't tagged automatically
- To tag existing media with a new sponsor or logo, reach out to the ScorePlay Support team via Live Chat and ask for the AI to be re-run
