I don't see a MASV download link when downloading a cart

❓ Issue/Question

  • I clipped 5 items which I requested to download and I do not receive the option to download via MASV
  • A customer added files to a cart, and the download doesn't offer the MASV accelerated download

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • If you're downloading a cart, this is expected: MASV downloads aren't available for carts
  • Workaround

 

🥚 Cause

  • Downloading carts via MASV is not supported at the moment
