❓ Issue/Question

  • Is there a way for the new headshot to remain linked to the player, even if we "call" the API?
  • Is there a way to omit some player headshots when triggering the integration?

 

👌 Resolution/Answer

  • You can’t sync player data without also syncing the headshots at the moment
  • Upload the correct headshot in the integration, so it shows correctly in ScorePlay after the sync

 

🥚 Cause

  • When you sync teams with the Synchronize players option enabled, player data, headshots included, comes directly from the integration
