• How to set up player profile settings for AI recognition?

👌 Resolution/Answer

• Go to Configure > Teams & Players > Players and open the player's profile
• Turn on Run facial recognition AI on upload
• Turn on Run text recognition AI on upload
• Check that the player's recognition name matches exactly what appears on their jersey. If it doesn't, edit it
  • Avoid special characters, like ñ or é
• Save your changes
