In order for you to move collections, the Collection management > Can view page permission must be enabled on your account.

- How to move collections and transfer them into sub-collections?
- Is there a way to convert a Parent Collection into a sub-collection?
- I am trying to condense training sessions into monthly by creating a parent collection
👌 Resolution/Answer
- Go to
Configure>Collection management
- Select the collections you want to move
- Click the
Moveicon at the top of the list
- Select the parent collection to move them to
- The selected collections become sub-collections of that parent
- If the parent doesn't show up in the search, temporarily rename it to something unique, then rename it back after the move
- To make a collection top-level instead, check
